This software provides users with a single platform in which one can order construction materials and equipment to their specifications and needs. Additionally, users can track invoices, payments, and order statuses, receive budget and quality checks, as well as attain accurate cost reports more efficiently. Using these cost reports, company management teams can forecast their Cost at Completion for their construction projects. The purchase order process is the journey of a purchase order from creation through purchase order approval, dispatch, delivery, invoicing, and closure.
